Want to know about our internship program?

The Richland County Park District provides paid and unpaid winter and summer internships to high school and college students who have shown initiative in helping achieve the missions and goals of the park district.

Interns are offered a number of project options in addition to every day work during their time with us. This gives them a chance to do a project they are interested in or get a feel for something new. So far this has included blog posts and surveying the property for new species, as well as other projects they have a passion for. The links below can take you to the amazing work some of our interns have recently been a part of!
